Administrators have the option to establish security policies for their company.
- Go to the Admin > Security section
- Password policies:
- Establish the password policy all users mut comply with
- Upper/lower case, number, special characters
- Maximum and minimum length
- Password reuse policy
- Password expiry period
- Re-validate on login
- Establish the password policy all users mut comply with
- Authentication
- Determine if you will require Multifactor Authentication for all users, if so, which methods will be available (Auth App, Email, SMS)
- Determine if Passkeys are allowed
- Session Management
- Determine after how long of idle time users will be logged out
Notes about MFA:
- Admin will be able to reset a user's MFA via Admin > Users > Remove Method
