We’d like to let you know that on Sunday, November 2, from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM, we’ll be updating Edi’s login system.
This update is part of a larger improvement that will soon bring new security features like Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Passkeys.
🔐 What’s Changing
Along with a new design, the login flow will be slightly different:
✅ Enter your email address
✅ Click “Continue”
✅ Choose to log in with your password
👉 No password change or setup is needed.
⚙️ Edi Sidekick
On Monday, Nov 3, the new version of Edi Sidekick no longer requires admin credentials for installation.
However, please follow these steps:
Go to Add or Remove Programs
Find Edi Sidekick > Right-click > Uninstall
3. Go to Edi > Click your user icon> Download Edi Sidekick
📧 Outlook Add-In
The Outlook Add-In will require an IT update.
Our team will contact your IT department directly with instructions.
⚠️ Microsoft Login
The Microsoft sign-in option will be temporarily unavailable.
It will return soon, along with Passkeys and MFA for added security and flexibility.
