Restrict Records: The Restrict Record setting overrides workspace access levels. By default, records are public (visible to all with workspace access). However, users can change this to:
Private – Only the owner can view it or choose to unprivatize it.
Restricted – Only selected users can access it.
Public – Accessible to anyone
Note: These restrictions apply on top of workspace access. Even if a user has access to a workspace or folder, they won’t see a restricted or private record unless explicitly allowed.

Merge Records: Eliminate duplicity in records! Merge two records within the same category to consolidate information. One record will be deactivated, and all its data will transfer to the remaining record. You’ll be notified once the merge is complete via email and app notifications.
