Step-by-Step:
1. Go into the Record > Portal > File Sharing section
2. Create folders for your client by clicking New > Folder or Folder Template
3. Click Share from record and select files to share with them
4. Alternatively, right click any file > Share > Share with guests
You can also select files by left clicking them and then click Share > Share with guests per the screenshot below
5. If a file is being shared, there will be a sharing icon next to the name at all times
6. If you want to stop sharing a file, you can go into the File Sharing tab of the portal and click the three dots or right click > Remove. This will only remove the file from the portal, not Edi.
You can also remove guests from the portal and remove access from all files by going to the Guests tab, clicking the three dots or right click > Remove
