1. Open your email provider (in this example, we are using Outlook). If a File Request has been sent, you will receive an email like this with your providers branding.
2. Click on Go to request
3. Enter your email and click Send code. Alternatively, login using Google or Microsoft.
Note: Use the same email where you received the file request.
4. Go back to your email provider, copy/paste the code sent to you and click Verify code.
5. Next, if there are any Company Policies set up, you must accept it before entering the portal.
6. You're inside the portal. In here, you can view Pending and Completed requests or Upload files. If you upload files, it's important to mark "I'm done submitting files" when prompted.
Note: If a File Category or Categories in the request does not apply, you can always check the does not apply checkbox.
You can continue uploading files until your provider marks the request as Complete.
Also, you can always see the status of the uploaded files whether they were accepted/rejected.
