Step - by - step Guide:
Logging In
1. You should receive an email with your providers branding
*If you haven't received it, verify your junk email and add it to a safe senders list.
2. Click Go to request
3. This will redirect you to your providers custom portal. Log In using the same email where you received the file request. Write your email to receive a one-time access code or alternatively, login using Google or Microsoft.
Tip: Bookmark this URL. It'll always be the same and will give you quick access for files in the future
4. If you authenticated with Google or Microsoft, skip to step 5.
Otherwise, go to your email to verify your one-time access code. Copy and paste it into the Code field and click Verify Code.
5. If it's the first time logging in, you must accept company policies before entering the portal. Check the box and click Continue
6. You're inside the portal!
Uploading Files
1. On the left panel you should see all your pending File Requests.
2. Now you can see the list of files your provider is requesting. The red asterisk means it is a required file category. Click Expand All to upload files and read any notes your provider left!
3. Drag or click the drop zone to upload the relevant documents. Alternatively, if the file category isn't relevant to you, click Does not apply.
It's possible a file category includes a File provided by your provider. You'll be able to download it, fill it out, and upload it back into the category.
4. Once you upload your files, don't forget to click Send Files.
Note: You can come back at any time and keep submitting files.
5. You might see this modal. If you are done submitting all your files, please click 'Yes, I'm done'. If you still have to upload more files at a later time, click 'No, I still have files to upload'.
Note: The request will remain Open until your provider marks it as Complete.
6. You're all set! Feel free to come back and view the status of each file. Your provider will either Accept or Reject them. If rejected, you'll be able to see the reason (if provided) and upload a new version.
