Yes! A file request can be modified at any point.
Step-by-step Guide:
1. Go into the desired request
2. Change the Status of the request in the top right corner by clicking the downward facing arrow
3. Alternatively, click Add Category on the right side to request more files
4. Click the Pencil icon within a file category to modify the description (this triggers an alert to your client) or modify file naming convention & destination
5. You can Delete a file category alongside all the files in it by clicking the trash icon.
*Note: If you had already saved a file within that file category, the file would remain saved in the record.
