Yes! A file request can be modified at any point.
Step-by-step Guide:
1. Go into the desired request
2. Change the Status of the request in the top right corner
3. Click Add Category to request more files
4. Click the Pencil icon within a file category to modify the description (this triggers an alert to your client) or modify file naming convention & destination
5. You can Delete a file category alongside all the files in it by clicking the trash icon.
*Note: If you had already saved a file within that file category, the file would remain saved in the record.
