To send File Requests and Share Files, you must add Guests to your record. A single guest can be assigned to multiple records. If this is the case, when they log into their portal they will see all requests and shared files in one single place, regardless of the record.
1. Go to Clients Portal
Alternatively, click on the Portal tab of a specific record
2. Go to the Guests tab
3. Click Add guest
4. Fill the required fields such as: First Name, Last Name, Email, select the Record Portal to which your guest will have access and select the Preferred Language.
5. Click Create
6. Your guest is added!
7. You can edit or remove the guest at any time by right clicking it or clicking the three dots, then Remove. If you remove the guest from the record, they will no longer see file requests or shared files.
