To send File Requests and Share Files, you must add Guests to your record. A single guest can be assigned to multiple records. If this is the case, when they log into their portal they will see all requests and shared files in one single place, regardless of the record.
1. Go to Clients Portal or a specific Record Portal
2. Go to Guests
3. Click Add guest
4. Fill the required fields such as: First Name, Last Name, Email, select the Record Portal to which your guest will have access and select the Preferred Language.
5. Click Create
6. Your guest is added!
7. You can edit or remove the guest at and time by right clicking it. If you remove it from the record, they will no longer see their file requests or shared files.
