The Edit Text function provided by Edi allows users to add, edit or delete text within a PDF file while using Edi's PDF Web Editor. In order to edit a PDF:
1. Open a PDF file within a record (the PDF will open in a new browser tab)
2. Click Edit Text in the toolbar
This will open a toolbar on the right side of the screen
3. Click once to select the whole text element where you will then be able to change the font of the text, apply formatting to the text (bold, italics, underline or strikethrough). You will also be able to modify the text alignment (left, center or right), add a hyperlink to a text and change its color.
4. Double click the selected text element to view the cursor and begin modifying the text by adding, editing or deleting the existing text
5. Click Save Changes in the top right corner to save the modifications made to the text
6. All set!
