Are you scanning hundreds of documents that need to be archived into Edi? Or working with files in your desktop that should be in Edi? Try using our Folder Listener to enhance your workflow.
All files that fall within the folder listener in your computer will upload directly into your Edi Pending Bin. Once successfully uploaded, they will disappear from the Folder.

Step-by-Step Guide:
1. Download the Edi Sidekick (if you haven't done so already) by clicking this link: https://ediprodpublic.blob.core.windows.net/sidekick-installer/Edi%20Sidekick%20Installer-103.msi
2. Log into the Sidekick with your Edi credentials
3. Create an empty folder in your computer. We suggest creating a folder called "Folder Listener" in your Desktop.
4. Open Sidekick > Settings > Configure Folder Listener
5. Enable Folder Listener
6. Select the folder you created in Step 3 as the 'Folder to Listen'. Otherwise, you can choose any folder to be 'listened' to. This means that any files that fall into this folder will automatically upload into your pending bin in Edi.
7. Determine if you want all file formats to upload into Edi or a select few.
8. You can configure your scanner to save files into your folder listener. All files that fall into the listener will upload into your pending bin in Edi and delete themselves from the folder once successfully uploaded.
9. All set!
