Save time by sending your emails and attachments directly to Edi! Watch our quick demo:
Step-by-Step:
- Open Outlook
- Select an Email you'd like to save into Edi
- Click on the Send to Edi Add In*
- If you are using the NEW Outlook, select the Add In drop down > Send to Edi
- If you are using the OLD Outlook, the add in should be in the Ribbon bar
3. Click Connect to Edi
4. Log in using your Edi credentials and accept the license terms.
5. Select if you want to send the email and its contents to your pending bin as an .msg or .eml file and/or select the option to send the attachments as separate files.

6. Once you make your selection, click Send to Edi. These files will fall within your Pending Bin.
7. All set! Now your files are waiting for you in your pending bin where you can organize them later. Learn more about the pending bin here!
*Prior configuration by your organization's IT department is needed. Please contact them if you cannot see the Add In in your Outlook.
