New Features:

• File naming conventions:
  
  • Used to standardize file names.
  • Managers will be able to configure them in App Settings
  • All users can apply them to any file during the upload, rename, or file creation process.

• Rename files upon upload:
  
  • The organization's Admin will have the option to turn on or off a modal that allows users to rename files upon upload.
  • To activate: Go to the Admin Portal > Organizational Preferences > On

• PDF Text Editing:
  • Ability to edit underlying PDF text
