Use our bookmark templates to save time!
Managers:
1. Go to Settings in the bottom left corner of the screen.
2. Click on the Bookmark Templates tab
3. Click the New Template button to begin creating a new bookmark template.
4. Type the name of your bookmark template and then click Create.
5. Add the bookmarks by clicking the Add Bookmark button
6. Type the name of the bookmark and click Create
7. Click and drag the bookmarks to reorder them. You can add bookmarks and sub-bookmarks in accordance with your needs. Please see below for an example GIF.
8. All set!
Users:
To add a bookmark template:
1. Open a PDF file within a record
2. Click on the Left Panel > Bookmarks tab > Import
3. From the From Template tab, select the bookmark template to view a preview of the bookmark template structure and click Apply to apply the bookmark template to a PDF in the record. You can also click Browse Edi to search for a bookmark within a PDF found within a specific record, or Upload to upload a PDF file from your device.
The bookmarks established in the template will appear in the left panel of the PDF Editor.
4. Assign the destination of the bookmark(s) by clicking the three dots and then clicking Set Destination.
You can also manually add a bookmark by clicking Add.
5. Draw the area with your mouse where the bookmark should be configured or have the bookmark set to a specific page of your PDF.
6. Repeat stages 4 and 5 until all bookmarks have been configured.
