1. Open a PDF
2. Click the option Fill and Sign which appears in the top toolbar of the PDF Web Editor, then click Signature
A toolbar will open on the left side where you can add a new signature or view existing signatures if you have previously created signatures for use in files. Click New Signature to create a new signature.
You will be presented with a window to add your new signature
You can add a new signature in one of three ways:
Draw - You can use your mouse or finger (on a touchscreen device) to draw your signature. You can draw a signature in black, blue or red
Type - You can use your keyboard to type your name and choose from one of four styles. You can type a signature in black, blue or red
Upload - You can upload a photo of your written signature into Edi for digital use
3. Add your signature using one of the methods outlined above, then click Create
Pro Tip: You can Flatten a signature by clicking it, selecting the Flatten Annotation option, then clicking Confirm. This ensures no one edits it.
4. You're all set!
