Folder Templates are created when a folder structure is repeated. Many clients use it on an annual or quarterly basis. In order to configure a folder template:
1. Go to Settings in the bottom right corner of the screen
2. Click on the Folder Templates tab
3. Click the New Template button
4. Type the name of your folder template and click Create
If you need to modify the name of your folder template, you can hover your mouse over the name of the folder template until the pencil icon appears, then left click to make changes to the folder template name.
Modify the name of the template in accordance with your needs and press the tick symbol to save changes or the cross symbol to maintain the existing folder template name.
5. To begin building your folder template and give it structure, click Add Folder
6. Type the name of the folder, then click Create.
7. Repeat Steps 5 & 6 until the desired structure has been established. You can add as many folders and sub-folders as you need to create the folder template structure you need. Please see the example below.
8. You’re all set! Now you can go assign this template to your desired workspace structure.
