To manage a record's workspaces, you must have a Manager or Power User role in Edi. Furthermore, you must have access to the workspace you are adding/removing.

Once you are in a record, click the ellipse next to the record name

Uncheck the workspaces you want to remove and check the workspaces you want to keep

Click Continue and you’re all set! A confirmation will appear at the right bottom corner of the screen.
