The Preview Tool allows you to quickly open a file in viewer mode from the right-hand tool bar. 

• Preview

  • By selecting the Preview button in the tool bar, and then selecting a file, you can quickly preview the file. Note: you cannot modify the file.
  • You can also access the Preview feature by Right-Clicking the file (or press the option button) and selecting Preview.
